Visiting for the First Time

There is absolutely no dress code at Warburg Alliance Church. You will find people in everything from jeans and a sweater to smart-casual attire. Come as you are — what matters is that you are here, not what you are wearing.
Not at all. Our services are open to everyone — whether you are a lifelong believer, someone who is curious about faith, or someone who is not sure what they believe. We welcome questions, doubt, and exploration. Many people in our congregation came as skeptics and stayed because they found something genuine.
A typical Sunday morning service runs approximately 75 minutes, beginning at 10:30 AM. After the service, many people stay for coffee and informal conversation — you are welcome to stay as long as you like or leave straight away.
Yes — free parking is available in our lot adjacent to the church building. Accessible parking spaces are clearly marked near the main entrance. If the lot is full on a busy Sunday, street parking is also available nearby.
Yes. Our building has a wheelchair-accessible ramp at the main entrance, accessible washrooms on the main floor, and seating arrangements in the sanctuary that accommodate wheelchair users. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to ensure a comfortable experience.

Children & Families

Yes. Children ages 3–11 attend Kids' Church during the Sunday morning service — a supervised, age-appropriate program with Bible teaching, worship, and activities. Children begin the service with their families and are dismissed to Kids' Church after the welcome. Infants and toddlers are welcome in the sanctuary or in our family room.
The safety of children in our care is a top priority. All volunteers working with children undergo background checks, and our children's programs follow clear safety and supervision protocols. Our check-in system ensures that only authorized guardians can pick up children from Kids' Church. Please ask our welcome team for details on our first visit.
Yes. Our youth group for students in Grades 6–12 meets weekly and includes fellowship, Bible study, worship, and service opportunities. Youth events and retreats are also organized throughout the year. Please contact us for current meeting times and upcoming events.

Faith & Membership

We are a member church of The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada (C&MA) — an evangelical denomination founded in 1887 with a strong emphasis on Scripture, the person and work of Jesus Christ, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and global mission. We hold to the historic Christian faith as expressed in the Apostles' and Nicene Creeds.
Membership at Warburg Alliance Church involves a conversation with our pastoral team, attending a membership class, and an affirmation of personal faith in Jesus Christ. We do not require membership before participating in most aspects of our congregational life — you are welcome to worship, serve, and attend programs without being a formal member. However, membership is a meaningful step for those who wish to commit to the life and mission of our specific church family.
Absolutely. Many of the warmest and most active members of our congregation are people who were away from church for a long season — through busyness, doubt, hurt, or simply drift. You will not be interrogated about your absence, judged for your questions, or made to feel out of place. Come as you are, and take your time. We are glad you are considering it.
Yes. Our pastoral team is available for confidential conversations — whether you are working through a difficult season, exploring faith, or simply wanting to connect. Please contact our office to arrange a time, or introduce yourself to one of our pastors after a Sunday service.
