Faith in Action
At Warburg Alliance Church, we believe that authentic Christian faith is never merely private or theoretical — it expresses itself in tangible love for others. Jesus told His followers that the world would know them by their love, and we take that seriously.
Our community outreach is not about programming for its own sake. It is about seeing real people in real need and responding with the same generosity and compassion we have received from God. Whether it is a family going through a hard season, a senior who needs company, or a child who needs encouragement, we want to be the kind of community that shows up.
We serve without strings attached and without expectation of return — simply because Jesus has served us, and we are compelled to do the same for others.

Community Food & Care Network
We partner with local families, businesses, and agencies to provide practical support — including food, household essentials, and connections to community services — for those facing hardship in the Warburg area.
Senior Visitation Program
Loneliness is one of the most significant challenges facing older adults in rural Alberta. Our volunteer visitation team regularly visits seniors in care homes and private residences — offering friendship, encouragement, and the reminder that they are not forgotten.
Family Support & Counselling Referral
Our pastoral team provides informal support and professional referral services for individuals and families navigating crisis, grief, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns.
School & Education Partnerships
We support local schools through volunteer involvement, supply drives, and encouragement initiatives that benefit students, teachers, and families throughout the school year.
Environmental Stewardship
As stewards of God's creation, we participate in local environmental care initiatives — clean-up events, community beautification projects, and educational efforts that honour the world entrusted to us.
Grief & Crisis Support
In times of loss, tragedy, and crisis, our congregation mobilizes to support those who are suffering — with meals, presence, practical help, and the ministry of compassionate listening.
Global Mission Partnerships
Our compassion does not stop at the village limits. Through our partnership with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada, Warburg Alliance Church participates in global mission — supporting workers who are planting churches, serving communities, and sharing the Gospel in some of the world's most underserved regions.
We pray regularly for our global partners, stay informed about their work, and maintain a congregation-wide culture of interest in God's global purposes. We believe that a church with a local address can have a worldwide impact.
We also actively welcome and support newcomers and international families in our local community — recognizing that the world has, in many ways, come to Warburg, and that this is a profound opportunity to love and serve people from diverse backgrounds right here at home.
